Trainer - Anamika Singh

Anamika Singh has a Qualification in Post Graduate in M.Sc Food Technology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and PGDBA in Marketing Specialization from Symbiosis, Pune and also completed certificate course in Food Safety from IGNOU. She is also well versed with her education in Lead Auditor Training Course – ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 & FSSC 22000.

An Experience of 4 years in Quality Assurance- Manufacturing of Snacks and Namkeen mixtures in Haldirams, Delhi, and 5 years auditing experience ( approx. 800 man days audit for various Food Safety  Standards Like HACCP, ISO 22000: 2005, GMP ,ISO 9001:2008 etc..). She is also an Approved IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) Trainer for ISO 22000:2005.

She is also a trainer for HACCP, FSMS (Lead and Internal Auditor trainings), GMPs/ PRPs, FSSAI Awareness programs for food sector.
